Cassese CS79 Underpinner

The CS 79 Foot Operated Underpinner requires no air or electrical for its fast and easy operation. Creates perfect joinings with foot power! This easy-to-use underpinner is perfect for the entry-level custom framer.

Cassese CS85 Underpinner

The CS 85 Air Operated Underpinner can be used from front or rear simply by turning the top of the machine (no tools needed). The CS 85 is the lowest cost air powered machine on the market. A great choice for the small framer wanting an air operated machine.

Cassese CS 88 Underpinner

The CS 88 Foot Operated Underpinner has been specially designed for joining wood frames. It uses special patented steel wedges from Cassese that allow high quality and invisible joinings. Frames can be handled immediately after joining, due to the mechanical strength of the joint that generally avoids the use of glue. Pedal position can be changed for working from back or front of the machine. Changing from one profile to another is quick and simple, making it especially suitable for custom framing. Foot-operated, the CS 88 requires neither electricity nor compressed air.

Cassese CS 89 Underpinner

The CS 89 Pneumatic Underpinner has been specially designed for joining wood, plastic and MDF frames in all profiles. It combines the best qualities of Cassese’s most sophisticated models at a very competitive price. The quality of its finished joint is such that no retouching is necessary. Joining is effected with metal wedges made to draw the joint tightly together. The mechanical strength of the joint means that frames can be handled immediately after joining. The pneumatic double-function pedal permits the user to clamp the mouldings and then to insert the wedges. The vertical presser permits joining mouldings of various height with no readjustment of its position. The machine is designed to be used from either front or back.
