Width of the moulding:

If  3/4" (19mm), one time could cut 4 piece,   short moulding could be 4-6 seconds, longer moulding depends the length, 1-3 seconds added.

If 1" (25mm), one time could cut 3 pieces,short moulding could be 4-6 seconds, longer moulding depends the length, 1-3 seconds added. 

If 1 1/2" (38mm), one time could cut 2 pieces,short moulding could be 4-6 seconds, longer moulding depends the length, 1-3 seconds added. 

Machines advantages:

1. Accuracy (the most important is not the speed) It cuts perfectly 45 degrees,  will not have curve when forming the frame,   (this could save lots of money on material)

2. Safety: no worry that it will cut the operator hands, operator only needs to put the wood strip at the back of the machine,  no skill necessary

3. Savings: Less labor time needed for results. Lower labor cost as skilled labor not needed. One operator could easily feed wood moulding for two machines, and have much time to rest.  If employee used a manual saw, labor needed and cost is much higher.    This machine could do more cutting than two workers on manual saw.
