AMP International “Speed Nailer 200” Frame joiner
Frame-assembling machine equipped with an electronic control system that is programmable. Machine operates on 120 Volts Single Phase Power & Compressed Air. It drives in corragated nails that are on a continuous coil available in different heights. Coils of 10mm, 12mm, etc. are available thru various suppliers including ITW AMP.
Perfect for medium to heavy duty assembly applications such as picture frames, furniture components, cabinet doors and mirrors. It drives a high tensile corrugated nail which tightly draws the mitre or butt joint together forming a strong mechanical bond. This machine has a reinforced nail driver for trouble free cycling plus heavy duty air cylinders which easily drive the hardest woods and MDF. The Speednailer 200 comes equipped with a computer which electronically controls where nails are driven along the joint. Corrugated nails can be driven or stacked into 2 positions per corner. A key feature on this machine is the fastener load system; the corrugated nails are driven from high load coils with less reloading and therefore less time setting and more time assembling frames.
