UFE-1258 Computerized Electro Mechanical Guillotine Moulding Chopper
This is a production environment machine; uses Morso Blades. There are 4 machines available.
This unit is in Good Working condition.
From the seller " We will ensure that each machine ships in full plug-and-play mode."
Description from the seller:1 The machine is manufactured by BQ Precision Engineering, LTD located in the UK.
2 We have four (4) machines total, and all of them are from either 1998 or 1999.
3 The chopper blades themselves are Morso brand, and are clearly stamped with a Morso part number.
4 The machine is electro-mechanical as opposed to pneumatic, i.e. the blades are actuated via an electric motor that turns a mechanical crankshaft.
5 The user has the option of running the machine in a lower-volume manual mode or a higher-volume automated mode (we would pre-configure the machine to the buyers preference prior to shipping).
6 We have a full manual set, and would provide both digital and hard copies to the buyer.
7 We have a large supply of spare parts, as well as a number of complete spare electronic control cabinets. Our plan would be to ship a minimum of 1 to 2 extra control cabinets with each machine.
8 The maximum size moulding that the machine can handle is 3 wide x 1 Ύ high.
9 Power requirements are 480V/3 Phase.
This item can be picked up in Wisconsin or shipped for an additional fee by a freight company. Shipping is not the $6.50 default on the order page.
