Cartridge glue system, with a 3 mm edge thickness capacity, automatic magazine for coil and strips.  3 MM PVC capacity pneumatic guillotine for coil cutoff.

Workstations are as follows: Double motor end trim, chamfers 0 - 10 degrees((2) 0.22 kW - 9,000 RPM motors), universal top and bottom fine trim for bevels from 0 - 15 degrees, top and bottom profile trimming (1 HP - 22,000 RPM motor each).

Top and bottom PVC scraper unit for 0.8 - 5 MM radius, and top and bottom buffing (0.3 HP - 1,620 RPM motors each).

Includes: Programable Logic Control for easy setup and program storage, Pneumatic Changeover System on the trim stations, fixed outboard panel support and full sound enclosure as well as edgebanding supplies.
